A: No, when they expend spirit it cleanses them of all of the hair below the neck. They can however grow a mustache if they want.

A: Lister has been replaced a Diablo likeness of Justin Beiber to create a wider appeal for the game. His songspell is a combination AOE stun/summons... it will stun all adult characters, and small children will flock to him seemingly out of nowhere.

a: Originally he did have a sidekick but our internal beta testers, after they realized the mouse was not edible and had a diaper change, found that the sidekick made the game too complicated. Diablo now hands you loot as you enter his chamber and has been replaced with a pinata.
