No doubt this is disappointing to serious players. Since D3 fans will no doubt remedy Blizzard�s omission for themselves, I propose we do it here, do it first, and do it best. After all, this is the premier Diablo site�we know it and Blizzard knows it�and it�s only fitting the �official,� most competitive arena ladder be at IncGamers. With a devoted fan base designing it for themselves and checking it constantly, I think the ladder will draw many new D3 players to the site as well as keep regulars glued, in addition to the already unbeatable wiki and daily news. Depending upon what is supported by the game, there would of course be separate standings for 1-on-1, 2-on-2 teams, 1-on-3? etc., top ranks for each class, top overall, naked PvP, low-level, fastest kill, white items only, and whatever other variety we can dream of. We can also host our own tournaments (over a couple of hours, a weekend, a month), with those character records existing only on those particular ladders then being retired when over. Since Blizzard has not taken it up, it�s in our hands. If they won�t do it, let�s make what players want.
PS I wish I could help, but I don�t know anything about web design. I�m not sure how stats would get imported to the site. Report on honor system?|||Im sure incgamers could do something like weekly tournaments.
Gold is the reward for 1. 2. and 3. place and every clan that wants to participate needs to give some gold
