As much as I hate the RMAH philosophy I believe I will be still purchasing the game. I simply won't use the RMAH. I'm an old schooler in terms of doing it the old fashioned way, by earning it not by buying items. Games are a hobby for me not a way of life or a business but I do realize how gaming business models have changed so much since the old days of Bnet. I just wish there was a non RMAH server where people can play legitimately instead of being seduced by Blizzard's greed. Love their games but hate their ways.|||I wouldn't be surprised if many people will use their money (real life) if bots and dupes are out of control because it's gonna be pointless of doing magic find runs since items value will be low.
Sad |||Of course I'll buy it.
The people against the RMAH don't even seem to know why they hate it. Using the RMAH to purchase items is the same as using any in-game AH, as long as you don't put any of your money into it. It's as legitimate as trading for items ever was. Can people decide to use their real money to get ahead? Yes. Could people do that in Diablo2 and would people be able to do it on one of your "legitimate" servers. YES!
The RMAH is really a complete non-issue, no matter how much some people want to pretend it is one.|||I wouldn't be here if I didn't plan on purchasing it.
Regardless of how this game turns out I won't care, been waiting for this thing for a decade!|||I'm on the fence really. I'll probably still buy it. I might wait a month or two for the hype to die down and see if there is still a good positive feeling around the game.
It also depends on other games. There are a lot of games I'm interested in coming out near the end of the year. If they are enough to keep me entertained I've dropped D3 to the bottom of that list. So, I'll wait until those games are done before I turn to D3. Maybe by then another game that I'm more interested in will come out. Can't be sure at this point.|||Quote:

But, it's immoral!|||Quote:

Although you are correct in theory it still remains to be seen whether someone can sell enough to never have to put any money into the system.
I am still buying the game probably the CE but since I am a HC player the RMAH will not be part of my equation.|||Will buy CE.|||Hell yeah I'll be buying this game. The RMAH existed in d2... so why would I care about it existing in D3? riddle me that|||Quote:
