The "Wrong Answer" Thread

This is a fun little thread I did once before when waiting for a beta. Often while waiting for a game not yet in beta people are really anxious to get their hands on new info. This thread is one way to let off a little harmless steam.

The rules are simple: you answer the question above you, and ask a question for the next poster. If more than one person answers the same question, feel free to respond to either. The answer can be short, long, serious, funny, whatever you like. However, the answer must be WRONG. For example:

Q: When dual wielding in D3, if you have a skill or item that adds to crit chance, does it affect both your weapons or just your main?

A: In D3 you cannot crit while dual wielding, due to the difficulty in swinging two weapons at once. Even skills that add to dual wield crit% have been proven to have no effect on gameplay. This is "as intended" per Blizzard.

Now a question for the next poster:

Can the wizard's disintegrate ray be runed to do elemental damage, like a sustained lightning bolt or a steady steam of frost?|||The wizard's disintegrate ray can be runed only to chocolate and vanilla damage. Blizzard alluded to the possibility of including strawberry in the first expansion.

Question:

What is the resource system of the Demon Hunter?|||Originally it was going to be Hatred and Discipline, but they changed their minds and now it is a machine which has both blueberry and resperry slushies and they mix together to give you the skill 'Brain Freeze' (source - see left). That is the DH's only skill.

Question:

Who is the monk?|||Quote:

The final boss is the Diablo-1000, which has been sent back in time to assassinate the Hero in order to prevent you from leading the revolution against Heaven.

Q: Who do the angels work for?|||Q: Who is the final boss?

a: Originally it was supposed to be diablo but in a strange turn of events from the top of the corporation it is now Bobby Kotick. He is not killable but will steal all your gold and dance a jig on your corpse you are encouraged to repeat this event many many times.

Q What do artisans do?|||Quote:

Q: Who is the final boss?

The final boss is Deckard Cain, who actually orchestrated all of the attacks against Diablo since D1. Diablo actually was content to stay in his dungeon and leave everyone alone. Cain's "stay awhile and listen" spell is an AOE stun that puts everyone to sleep.

Q: What are the major types of resistances in D3?|||Quote:

Q: Who do the angels work for?

Kotick.

Q: How many armor looks are there? How do they work?|||Looks like 4 people decided to answer all at once. If I had to vote Muggs won that round.

Q. What do Artisans do?

a. They are your merry men and follow singing songs about your victories or defeats. And if you leave a fight without finishing for the rest of the game they sing. <insert name> ran away he bravely ran away away when danger reared its ugly head he bravely turned his tail and fled.
