I suspected a mule level, and there's bound to be mules among the ponies (just too good a joke to avoid making). Probably rainbows abound, too, and the pinkest & shiniest pony will be the Pony Queen. I just hope that the level gives modest enough drops and xp so that it's not the only farmable area... The novelty could wear off pretty quickly after all. 
Especially if the ponies make annoying sounds. It was bad enough in D2... MOO! MooOOOOoooOO! MooMooMooMOmOOOOOOOO! Moooo...
